Sustaining the Relationship Beyond the Training Room

Ongoing Support

A Community That Never Stops Learning

The Media Fellowship Programme is CRALAF's way of staying connected with the digital content creators, journalists and media actors it has trained, ensuring that capacity building doesn't end when a workshop does.

At the centre of the Fellowship is an active community space (currently hosted via WhatsApp) where fellows can ask questions, share challenges, and receive ongoing guidance from CRALAF on ethical and child-sensitive reporting.

Why It Matters

A Practice, Not a One-Time Skill

Ethical reporting is a practice, not a one-time skill. The Fellowship ensures our media champions have continuous support as they apply what they've learned in their day-to-day work.
